Core Engagement

The Core Engagement is a fixed-fee comprehensive business assessment designed to identify opportunities for improvement and forms the foundation of our end-to-end business improvement service.We take the time to understand your business, identify what is getting in the way and work alongside you to develop and implement practical solutions tailored to your specific needs.While the duration will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work, most engagements are expected to be completed within a relatively short timeframe.

Transition Support

The Core Engagement package is designed to leave you equipped with the tools, knowledge and confidence to move forward independently.However, if you would prefer continued support while embedding the agreed changes, Transition Support package is available for a fixed period following completion of the Core Engagement.This option allows you to delegate some of the ongoing follow-up, oversight and practical administration involved in maintaining the improvements already put in place.

Ongoing Partnership

The Ongoing Partnership package is an optional service available on a month-to-month engagement basis following completion of the Core Engagement.This package provides flexible ongoing support for businesses looking for a trusted sounding board, regular oversight or help navigating future challenges and opportunities.Whether you need guidance on future decisions, an independent perspective or occasional support
as your business evolves, this option allows you to access advice and expertise when you need it.
